Terrine of Gressingham Duck with Chef’s cranberry chutney and Melba toast.
Traditional Prawn Cocktail served with avocado and granary bread.
Duet of Melons served with assorted fruits and raspberry coulis.
Sauté Wild and Cultivated Mushroom served in wine and garlic under puff pastry.
Chef’s Tomato and Stilton Soup served with fresh roll and butter.

served with apple tart and cider gravy.
Fillet of Salmon on wilted spinach with seafood bisque and pastry lid.
Braised Daube of Beef, cooked in port and red onion sauce with mushrooms and lardons of ham.
Sauté Chicken Breast in Bacon served in tomato and garlic sauce with mushrooms.
Seasonal Vegetable Filo Parcel, with asparagus sauce. 

Roast and Creamed Potatoes with Seasonal Vegetables.
